Firefighters responded Tuesday afternoon to a house fire in the Hollywood Hills that spread to hillside brush.
The fire at the two-story home was reported at about 3 p.m. in the 2300 block of North Stanley Hills Drive. The property was surrounded by thick brush, which also caught fire.
Firefighters worked to protect several neighboring homes from flames. The fire was knocked down at about 3:30 p.m.
Details about how the fire started were not immediately available.
There were no immediate reports of injuries.
