FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) — A local foster family agency created 37 years ago is hosting its first annual golf tournament fundraiser.
The event in August honors the life and legacy of the founder of A Positive Attitude Outlook, Incorporated.
We spoke to the women leading this organization about the impact this support has on foster youth.
