Michael B. Jordan has sweetened the deal on his Los Angeles home just a few months after relisting it.
The Oscar-winning actor’s Encino home hit the market at the end of March for $10.495 million, and after last week’s price cut, it’s now asking $10.245 million.
Built in 2021, the modern farmhouse-style mansion spans nearly 11,600 square feet on a half-acre lot, according to the listing with Josh Altman and Sharon Tay of the Altman Brothers team at Douglas Elliman. They didn’t respond to a request for comment.
A 20-foot pivot front door opens into a living space with high ceilings and wood accents, featuring a living room, a dining room and a kitchen with Miele appliances, oak cabinetry and two islands. A floating staircase as well as an elevator connects the home’s three levels.

There are eight bedrooms, 10 bathrooms and four half-baths. The primary suite features a fireplace, two custom walk-in closets and two “spa-inspired” bathrooms, according to the listing.
The home’s wellness and recreation amenities can be found on the lower level and include a theater, a wine cellar and a fitness center with an indoor-outdoor spa.
Outside, the home has a zero-edge pool and hot tub, a pool house, a pavilion, a two-story guest house and multiple terraces for entertaining.
This isn’t the first time Jordan’s tried to sell the home, which he bought in May 2022 for about $12.5 million, according to records with PropertyShark, and he’s spent about $500,000 upgrading its security and air conditioning systems, The Wall Street Journal previously reported.
The “Sinners” star initially listed the home for sale in January 2023 for $12.998 million. He listed it again in March 2025 for $11.995 million, keeping it on the market until last November, when it was asking a hair under $11.5 million.
A representative for Jordan, who is also known for his roles in the “Creed” trilogy, the “Back Panther” films and TV series “The Wire,” didn’t respond to a request for comment.
