OAKLAND — An Oakland woman was arrested without incident Sunday after deputies and state police troopers responded to a report of a person with a gun in the parking lot of Brodak Plaza, according to the Garrett County Sheriff’s Office.
Police recovered a loaded .22-caliber handgun when Danielle P. Newcomb was taken into custody. She had allegedly banged on a door of a business in the 12000 block of Garrett Highway and threatened to kill the occupants.
