Newport Beach-based Special Project Delivery, which focuses on acquiring, developing, and operating critical-resource infrastructure, said it has appointed Mark Wood as special advisor, government and defense contract management.
Special Project Delivery said in a statement the “appointment strengthens SPD’s federal capture and defense-program execution as the platform advances its U.S. critical-minerals thesis and intention to be acquired by Mobix Labs.”
Wood is senior vice president of strategic planning at Oceanetics Inc., a Maryland-based maritime operations and defense-contracting firm, according to the statement released last week.
