FRESNO, Calif. (FOX26) — County officials and cleanup crews were seen clearing out the trash from a vacant home that has been a source of frustration for neighbors in Fresno.
Cleanup crews were seen cleaning a vacant, trash-covered home on the 5100 block of Tulare Avenue.
