FRESNO, Calif. (FOX26) — A downtown Fresno restaurant that said the high-speed rail construction was hurting business now says it’s decided to relocate.
Libelula announced it plans to move to a new location in downtown Fresno before the end of the year.
The owners say months of road construction, the loss of their parking lot, and continued uncertainty led them to the decision.

They stress they’re not leaving downtown, saying they still believe in the area and want to keep bringing people there.
The restaurant will close temporarily during the move and is asking customers to visit its current location before the transition.
