A deputy-involved shooting occurred near North Highlands on Wednesday morning, according to the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office.
The shooting happened near the 5700 block of Diablo Drive.
A Sacramento County Sheriff’s public information officer said there are possibly two victims injured and that the suspect was injured as well. He did not provide information on the extent of the victims’ injuries or how they were injured.
