Fore was in the middle of a trial stemming from the fatal shooting of a transgender woman in Georgia when he jumped bail, according to WJCL, a Georgia news station.
Despite his absence from the trial. Fore was convicted in 2024 of malice murder, two counts of felony murder, aggravated assault, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, according to WJCL.
