Re “Who will save Horton?” (Sept. 28): Horton Plaza could be a near-ideal San Diego City Hall and administration complex — if we had city leaders who were interested and capable of “finding a way.” Instead, they are distracted, spending their time and our money on bloated trash fees, digital grocery store coupons, empty bike lanes, Balboa parking fees and new street parking meters.
We need a change. We deserve better.
