Father and son duo connect to San Diego via ‘Keepin’ It Real’ cycling series

SAN DIEGO (FOX5/KUSI) — What started as a way to connect with each other has turned into a way to connect with all of San Diego.

Gary and Chris Stoefen are the creators of “Keepin’ It Real,” an online show that takes viewers along for the ride as they bike through communities across San Diego County.

The father-son duo launched the project as a way to spend time together while meeting new people and highlighting local stories.

From neighborhood landmarks to hidden gems, their cycling adventures showcase the people and places that make San Diego unique.

Through their cameras and conversations, Gary and Chris have built a growing audience, proving that sometimes the best way to bring people together is simply by getting out and exploring the community.
