San Francisco’s most expensive home listing is a sprawling mansion owned by a tech heiress and award-winning author that’s hosted ex-presidents and pop stars.
Nicole Miner, whose father Robert Miner co-founded Oracle, and her author hubby Robert Mailer Anderson are offloading their Pacific Heights mansion to the tune of $65 million.

The philanthropists’ four-bedroom, 11,150-square-foot home — which was once a posh elementary school that closed in 1971 — is believed to be the most expensive home to hit the market in San Francisco this year.

Miner and Anderson, who penned the novel “Boonville,” paid just $5 million for three vacant lots in 1999 and spent years building out the showpiece property, according to the San Francisco Business Times. They reportedly spent $25 million on the project, including the cost of land.
