A man is in custody after a pursuit came to an end in the San Gabriel Valley Tuesday morning.
The pursuit of the black Range Rover began shortly after 7 a.m.
According to the Santa Monica Police Department, the driver was sought for a road rage incident and was reported to have threatened another driver with a firearm.
Officers with the Santa Monica Police Department and the Los Angeles Police Department, as well as the California Highway Patrol chased the driver through surface streets.
The chase came to an end on Paramount Boulevard and Arroyo Drive when the driver crashed in the Rosemead area of the San Gabriel Valley.
NewsChopper4 was over the scene where officers were seen pulling the driver out of the vehicle and taking him into custody.
No further details were immediately available.
