A stationary camera pointing at Ramona, California, documented the progression of the Creelman Fire which started on Wednesday, July 22, and scorched 315 acres as of 4:52 pm.

Video from ALERTCalifornia/ UC San Diego shows the growth of smoke emitted by the fire, which ballooned in size shortly after 3 pm.

Cal Fire said the fire was burning at a “dangerous rate” and was impacting San Diego Country Estates.
