Police are investigating whether a burglary at an Upland card shop may be connected to recent break-ins at other similar stores.
The Gameology card shop in Upland was burglarized Tuesday morning, police said. Surveillance footage captured four masked and hooded thieves entering the small business after breaking the glass of the front door.
Police said the crooks took off with One Piece, Pokémon and Disney Lorcana cards from the shop. It’s unclear how much in damages the thieves caused.
Over the weekend, thieves took about $15,000 worth of merchandise from a card shop in Corona. Investigators are looking into whether similar crimes are connected.
