LOS ANGELES (KTRE) — Former Lufkin Lady Panther Natasha Mack reached double digits in points in Phoenix’s 86-82 win over Los Angeles on Wednesday.
In their third matchup of the season, Mack helped the Phoenix Mercury (10-18) secure its first victory against the Los Angeles Sparks (10-16). This was the second win in a row for the Mercury, who are gaining momentum after losing six straight games.
Against the Sparks, Mack scored 10 points in just over 15 minutes, shot 62.5% from the field and had one assist. Defensively, Mack led her team with two blocks and secured three rebounds.
The Mercury’s next matchup is at home against the Golden State Valkyries on Wednesday, July 29.
