Sacramento fire crews battled a vacant house fire in Carmichael Friday morning.
The Sacramento Metropolitan Fire District said crews responded to the house fire on the 3700 block of Walnut Avenue.
Officials said the fire started outside at the back of the house. The cause of the fire is unknown.
Nobody was inside the home at the time, and no injuries have been reported.
