No passenger trains are set to run between Lancaster and L.A. Union Station this coming weekend as Metrolink completes work on the railway.

On Saturday, July 25 and Sunday, July  26, 2026, Metrolink is scheduled to complete maintenance and rehabilitation projects along the Antelope Valley Line. As a result, no trains are set to run on the Antelope Valley Line between Lancaster and Los Angeles Union Station.

Train service and alternate transportation will NOT be available between Lancaster and Los Angeles Union Station, according to Metrolink.

“We apologize that these necessary infrastructure enhancements sometimes result in the closure of the rail line and understand the inconvenience it causes our riders. We will continue to look for ways to minimize the service impacts of these critical work windows,” read a statement from Metrolink.
