Commercial leasing activity included office, industrial and retail transactions across Fresno, Visalia and Lemoore, while farmland sales and an industrial land deal highlighted the latest Central Valley real estate activity.
Several commercial real estate firms reported new leasing and sales activity across the Central Valley, with transactions spanning office, industrial, retail and agricultural properties.
The latest transactions include office leases in Fresno and Visalia, industrial space in Fresno, a major retail lease in Lemoore and multiple farmland sales throughout Fresno, Madera, Kings and Tulare counties.
Office leasing activity
Newmark Pearson Commercial reported two office leases at 600 W. Shaw Ave. in Fresno.
Keily Figueroa leased 1,325 square feet in Suite 460 from The Hart Family Trust. Scott Christensen represented the transaction.
Kenneth Schmidt leased 1,775 square feet in Suite 250, also from The Hart Family Trust. Scott Christensen represented the lease.
In Visalia, Zeeb Pearson Commercial reported INSURICA Services LLC leased 1,487 square feet of office space at 100 Willow Plaza from Willow Street Development LLC. Martin Zeeb and Mark Shelton represented the transaction in cooperation with Michael Quint of Newmark in Dallas.
Industrial activity

A 1,915-square-foot industrial lease renewal at 5816 E. Shields Ave., Suite 110 in Fresno for Paqueteria Y Fletes MGS from Vignolo Farms T1 LLC. Troy McKenney represented the landlord, while Kelsey McKenney of Retail California also participated.
A lease of 9,888 square feet of industrial space at 3644 W. Ashcroft Ave. in Fresno to Restorerz Emergency Services LLC from DLP LP. Ethan Smith, SIOR, CCIM represented the transaction.
The firm also completed the sale of 40,000 square feet of industrial land on Road 222 and Orchard Lane in Bass Lake to Sierra Reserve LLC from Bass Lake Industrial Condominiums LLC. Nick Audino, SIOR, and Kyle Riddering represented the transaction in cooperation with JP Masuda of Olivieri Commercial Group.

Commercial Retail Associates Inc. reported several retail transactions:
Glow Hair N Beauty leased 8,035 square feet at 4832 E. Kings Canyon Road in Fresno from Eastgate Center LLC. Shane Anderson and Doug Cords represented the lease.
Ross leased 22,728 square feet at 215 W. Hanford-Armona Road in Lemoore from Cal Gold Lemoore LLC. Doug Cords represented the transaction alongside Michael Kennedy and Rachael Orlando of Retail California.
Drip2hard leased 720 square feet at 2120 Soquel Ave. in Santa Cruz. Cary Marsella represented the transaction with Mark Biagini of Biagini Properties Inc.

25 acres of table grapes north of Visalia in Tulare County.
1,094.54 acres of pistachios west of Five Points in Fresno County.
30.52 acres of almonds northeast of Madera.
11.67 acres of open land south of Kettleman City in Kings County.
75.8-acre vineyard on Avenue 8 in Madera County.
