Two people, including the victim’s roommate, were detained after a man was shot in the neck as he arrived home late Thursday in the Hollywood Hills.
A woman who was in the home also was detained in connection with the shooting at the residence near North Cahuenga Boulevard and Odin Street, the LAPD told NBC4 Investigates.
The victim told authorities he was shot through the front door after arriving home at about 11 p.m. He said his roommate was holding the gun when he entered the home, the LAPD said.
He was hospitalized in stable condition with a gunshot wound to the neck, police said.
Police confirmed a bullet was fired from inside the home.
More details were not immediately available. Video showed police at the home located east of the 101 Freeway.
