Newport Beach-based FirstTeam Real Estate has partnered with artificial intelligence real estate technology company Purlin as part of its larger plan to future-proof and prepare for the future.

On Monday, the residential and commercial brokerage announced it will launch Purlin’s AI operating system throughout the company, a system that will connect lead generation, marketing, customer relationship management, contracts, negotiations, closings and commissions.

The company said the platform will allow agents to have their own “Ai agents” to handle tasks using voice, text, email, or chat and cut down on the need to move between different software programs.

“Real estate is undergoing a seismic shift, and the brokerages that will succeed are those focused on creating an integrated technology ecosystem, not just adding additional software features,” said Lauren Henss, VP Marketing & Strategic Initiatives, FirstTeam, in a news release. “This isn’t about adding another piece of AI technology. It’s about creating a seamless experience for everyone involved in a transaction.”
