There were two examples in the July 17 newspaper of how a White House employee can profit from the questionable use of inside information.
First, our president’s teleprompter operator bets on how many times a word will appear in his boss’s speech, and the president promptly dismisses him, calling his behavior a “disgrace.”
Second, our president’s media company announces it will sell early access to his Truth Social posts so others can trade on this information. No White House mention of “disgrace” on the latter.
