Meet Penny! Our Pet of the Week from Bakersfield SPCA

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — Penny is our Pet of the Week and is available for adoption from Bakerfield SPCA.

She is a one-year-old terrier mix, and Shelter Director Brain McLaughlin says she is full of energy.
