Newswise — West Lafayette, IN (July 28, 2026) – Amplified Sciences, a diagnostic company focused on earlier detection, risk stratification, and monitoring of serious diseases, will present two posters at the 2025 Association for Diagnostics & Laboratory Medicine (ADLM) conference in Anaheim, CA on July 29, 2026. The ADLM annual meeting is the world’s premier gathering for laboratory medicine and healthcare professionals.

The ADLM 2026 poster details are as follows:

Title: A Multiplexed SERS Assay for Quantitative Protease Turnover Detection at Picomolar Levels

Presenter: Kaleb Byers, PhD, Senior Systems Engineer II at Amplified Sciences

Poster: B-055

Date and Time: July 29th 1:30-2:30 (PT)

Location: Anaheim Convention Center – Poster Hall

Overview: Features the company’s BioMatra SERS (surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy)  platform and a multiplexed assay designed to measure enzyme activity with high sensitivity. The assay achieves precise protease turnover detection down to picomolar concentrations using sub-microliter sample volumes, demonstrating a strong framework for multiplexed high-performance molecular diagnostic testing.

Title: Unlocking underexplored protease activity for pancreatic cystic lesion risk stratification

Presenter: Mike Poderycki, PhD, Director of Research and Technology at Amplified Sciences

Poster: B-115

Date and Time: July 29th 1:30-2:30 (PT)

Location: Anaheim Convention Center – Poster Hall

Overview: Highlights research investigating proteases, an underexplored biomarker class with a known biological relevance to cancer for the grading of dysplasia in mucinous pancreatic cystic lesions. By looking at specific enzyme signatures, an all-protease activity panel demonstrated high accuracy using ultra-low sample volumes (<1µL) demonstrating a new diagnostic approach to improved risk stratification and assessment of lesion severity.
