BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — The Bakersfield Police Department is asking for the public’s help identifying a suspect in an identity theft investigation.
According to Police, on April 4 the suspect used a victim’s identifying information to rent a U-Haul truck that was later abandoned.
They say the suspect is possibly related to several other crimes including auto theft and credit card fraud.
The suspect is described as a Hispanic woman around 40 to 55 years old.
Police say she weighs 185 pounds and has brown hair.
