The Santa Maria Reds wrapped up their season by sweeping the Bakersfield Braves in a doubleheader at Elks Field on Saturday.
The Reds won the first game 16-2 as they scored 12 runs in the first two innings. Outfielder Erik Furness also hit a mammoth home run to left field.
Santa Maria then came back and won the second game, 15-9.
The Reds finished their season with an overall record of 4-3-1 in Golden Coast league play.
