OAKLAND COUNTY, Mich. – Investigators are working to identify human remains that were discovered in a wooded area near the Oakland County Circuit Court Building.
According to the Oakland County Sheriff’s Office, “The remains appear to be in an advanced state of decomposition.”
Police say that a patient identification bracelet was recovered on scene.
Detectives are attempting to determine the originating medical facility the bracelet came from.
Investigators can only confirm at this time that the deceased appears to be an adult male.
