This work will cause the closure of North Oakland Avenue, from West Marietta Street to West View Street, starting at 7:00 a.m., Monday, August 3, 2026, and continuing to approximately 5:00 p.m., Wednesday, August 12, 2026. The detour route is as follows: Northbound traffic will need to use West Eldorado Street to Route 48/Fairview Avenue to West Grand Avenue to North Oakland Avenue. Southbound traffic will need to use West Grand Avenue to Route 48/Fairview Avenue to West Eldorado Street to North Oakland Avenue. Motorists should slow down, use extreme caution, and are encouraged to seek an alternate route around the work zone.
