Fresno Unified summer dual enrollment fills in five days, serving 357 students

FRESNO, Calif. (FOX26) — Fresno Unified’s summer dual enrollment program filled up fast this year, with enrollment reaching capacity within five days of opening.

Fresno Unified has offered summer dual enrollment courses for the past three years.

Through its long-standing partnership with Fresno City College, the district hosted the 2026 Summer on Campus program for 357 students, an increase of 112 students from last summer.

Overall enrollment across all 13 courses was more than 92%.

The five-week session included transportation and nutrition services provided by Fresno Unified.

The program was designed to ensure students had access to breakfast and lunch while taking rigorous college courses.
