The man approached the victim from behind, forcibly removed her underwear “and inserted his finger inside the victim’s anus without consent,” according to a community alert released Wednesday by the Los Angeles Police Department.
The suspect was last seen wearing a tan long-sleeve shirt, blue jeans and brown-and-black boots, police said. (LAPD)
Authorities did not provide a specific location of the gym or where the assault occurred, but said it was in Valley Village, which is north of Studio City and west of North Hollywood.
