The City of Fullerton’s Community and Economic Development Department is set to hold a public hearing regarding a proposed minor site plan for the construction of new residential units at 130 West Truslow Avenue. Interested community members are encouraged to engage in the discussion, ask questions, and provide feedback, either during the virtual meeting or ahead of time.

The hearing will take place on Thursday, August 6, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. Participants can join remotely via computer, smartphone, or phone call. Specific details on how to participate and provide comments will be available on the city’s website 72 hours prior to the meeting at http://www.cityoffullerton.com/zoningadministratormeetings.

The proposed project includes the development of a two-story modular primary multi-family building designed to house four residential units, accompanied by an attached parking garage with seven spaces. Additionally, a separate two-story modular building will feature two Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs), bringing the total to six residential units on the site, which is zoned R-3 (Limited Density, Multiple Family Residential).

As the project has been identified as categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) under the guidelines for new construction of small structures, the Zoning Administrator’s decision will be final unless an appeal is filed.

Residents living, working, or owning property near the site will automatically receive notification of this hearing, as will those who have shown interest in related developments.
