Members of the public are invited to attend a community meeting on Wednesday, Aug. 12, to learn more about a proposed housing development at 507 N. Chandler Ave.

The meeting will take place from 6:00 to 7:00 pm at the Langley Senior Center, Multipurpose Room, 400 W. Emerson Ave., Monterey Park.
The project team will present information about the proposed development, including the project’s timing, process and design concepts. The proposal calls for approximately 34 three-story townhomes.
Attendees will also have an opportunity to ask questions and share feedback about the proposed development.
The meeting is not sponsored by the City, and the City has not participated in planning or developing the meeting content.
