After months of community anticipation, Dog Haus is returning to Azusa with a refreshed restaurant experience, an expanded chef-driven menu and an opening celebration that invites guests to support a local charity while experiencing more choices and more flavor than ever before.
Located at 638 N. Azusa Ave., the restaurant reopens under the leadership of seasoned multi-unit restaurant operator Kyle Walters, welcoming back longtime fans while introducing first-time guests to the most expansive Dog Haus menu in the brand’s history. Alongside the Smashburgers and signature Dogs & Sausages that made Dog Haus famous, guests can now enjoy Crispy and Grilled Chicken, shareables, Bad-Ass Breakfast Burritos, craft draft beers, handcrafted cocktails and more, giving guests More Choices. More Flavors. and more reasons than ever to gather with family and friends.
The celebration begins with a five-day community fundraiser benefiting Neighborhood Homework House, a local nonprofit dedicated to helping students succeed through academic support and enrichment programs. From Wednesday, Aug. 12 through Sunday, Aug. 16, guests who donate $3 will receive a complimentary entrée of their choice, including any Dog, Sausage, Smashburger, Chicken item or Bad-Ass Breakfast Burrito. The reopening celebration offers guests the chance to explore Dog Haus’ expanded menu while supporting an organization that’s making a meaningful difference for local students and their families.
“We’ve been hearing one question from the Azusa community for months: ‘When is Dog Haus coming back?’ We’re excited to finally say the wait is over,” said Walters. “I’m looking forward to welcoming everyone through our doors, meeting our guests and becoming part of a community that’s been eager.”
Dog Haus Azusa will be open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, and 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday. Happy hour is available Monday through Friday from 3-6 p.m.
