A 25-year-old Clarkston man accused of masturbating inside 12 Oaks Mall in Novi on Saturday is held in the Oakland County Jail with bond set at $250,000.
Dylan Thomas Scotten was arraigned Sunday before 52-1 Magistrate Robert Morad on three felony charges: aggravated indecent exposure and two counts of indecent exposure by a sexually delinquent person.

.According to the Novi Police Department, witnesses reported seeing someone — later identified as Scotten — pleasuring himself in the mall. When confronted by mall security, Scotten reportedly fled but was subsequently arrested by Novi police officers in the parking lot.
Scotten’s next court appearance is scheduled for Aug. 19 for a probable cause conference before Judge Travis Reeds. A preliminary exam is scheduled for Aug. 26.
