The Link OC retail center in Anaheim has sold for $16.5 million.
Northpond Partners, based in Chicago, bought the fully leased three-property retail portfolio at 1071, 1081, and 1095 N. Tustin Ave., which totals 26,358 square feet, from UHT Holding Group LLC.
UHT Holding Group had purchased the multi-tenant retail center from Hines for $12.5 million in 2019.
Pete Bethea, Vice Chairman at Newmark Pacific, along with Senior Managing Directors Glenn Rudy and Rob Ippolito, represented the seller.
Built in 1991 and renovated in 2017, the retail center features tenants such as Reborn Coffee, Wendy’s, Byblos Mediterranean Grill, Pampanga Food Company, Spin Poke & Grill and MD Clinics Urgent Care.
It is located near Kaiser Permanente Anaheim Medical Center and over 700 newly built apartment units.
This marks Northpond’s first investment in California. The company specializes in finding and renovating underused retail and mixed-use properties.
