BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — The Bakersfield Police Department is asking the public for help in identifying a 13-year-old boy who allegedly crashed into a person while riding a bicycle at the Valley Plaza Mall.

The incident took place at around 3 p.m. Monday, June 15, in front of Target at the Valley Plaza Mall, according to BPD.

The victim suffered minor injuries, officials said.

Police described the bicyclist as a 13-year-old boy who is 5 feet, 4 inches and 150 pounds with dark hair. He was wearing a red shirt and black pants.
