Sacramento-born restaurant chain, Jack’s Urban Eats, is opening inside the Delta Shores shopping center on Friday.
Known for its fresh sandwiches, salads and affordable prices, the chain announced on social media its expansion to Delta Shores, writing that it would open to customers at 11 a.m. The store at 8148 Delta Shores Circle South replaces Noodles and Company, which closed in July 2025.
Jeremy Goedel, corporate manager for Jack Urban Eats, said the franchise fits well into the business community within Delta Shores. He described it as a “prime location” that offers something unique at the plaza.
“Several of our employees, myself included, have lived in South Land Park, the Greenhaven area, and we shopped at Delta Shores for many years. We just saw it as an awesome opportunity as it has grown.” Goedel said.
Jack’s Urban Eats also offers food bowls, fries, and other sides. The dishes and ingredients are locally sourced, according to the restaurant’s website.
Founded in midtown, Jack’s Urban Eats has served the Sacramento region since 1998, Goedel said.
This will be its 14th location, according to the business’s website. The Sacramento-area locations are:
