So many treasured restaurants have come and gone in Fresno and Clovis and surrounding area.

Some, like Estrada’s Spanish Kitchen, closed 29 years ago and we’re still talking about them. See our recent story looking back at the house on Blackstone Avenue that once was home to the popular family restaurant.

Others restaurants left us more recently.

In July, The Bee told you about eight closures, including La Jacka downtown, Hummus Republic, Figaro’s Mexican Southwestern Grill and more. This month, more closures followed in a story about Great Wall Chinese, Toshiko Ramen & Sushi Bar, The Bakery by Indulge Right and Sierra Nut House’s Clovis location, among others.

So now we want to know from you, who do you miss the most?

Recent or ancient history, doesn’t matter. Just tell us the restaurant you would bring back if you had a magic wand in the form below.

And tell us why. We want to know what was special about it, what food you loved there. Maybe we’ll do a story or five about the places people miss the most.
