Major League Baseball announced Friday that San Francisco has been selected to host the 2028 All-Star Game.
The Giants and their waterfront ballpark Oracle Park in July 2028 will host baseball’s best players in the game also called the Midsummer Classic, according to MLB, which noted that it is the fourth time San Francisco will host the All-Star Game and related events such as the Home Run Derby.
