A jury found Christian Plummer, 29, guilty of assault with a deadly weapon, not a firearm, battery and brandishing a weapon, not a firearm, in connection with the attack on Feb. 28, the San Francisco District Attorney’s Office said on Friday.

It’s unclear if Plummer and the woman knew each other before the incident. Prosecutors say Plummer went to the victim’s apartment in the 500 block of Post Street around 12:11 p.m. while wearing a black balaclava mask and wielding a hammer.
