A new round of Central Valley commercial real estate transactions includes office leases in Fresno and Clovis and nearly 365 acres of farmland deals across Fresno, Madera and Tulare counties.
Cushman & Wakefield and Colliers International reported leases involving financial services, architecture and athletic training tenants, while Pearson Realty reported agricultural transactions involving walnuts, pistachios, citrus and open land.
