San Diego International Airport will have a new, non-stop option next year to head to the Lone Star State.

Delta Airlines will begin offering daily service to Austin, Texas, beginning April 12, 2027, the company has announced. The flights will be aboard the Airbus A319. Delta flies out of Terminal 2 in San Diego.

The announcement came as part of an expansion of other Delta flights out of Austin, including service to Paris, also beginning next year, and additional service to Cancun.

By summer 2027, Delta expects to serve approximately 30 destinations from Austin, with more than 70 peak-day departures, the company said.
