An altercation between a father and his daughter’s boyfriend on Saturday sent one person to the hospital in Fresno.
The incident happened just after 9 p.m. in the 2200 block of N. Vernal Avenue.
Police said the man told officers he fought with his daughter’s boyfriend. During the fight, the father fended off the boyfriend, who sustained a stab wound.
Police said the boyfriend is in stable condition with minor injuries.
The investigation is ongoing.
