The San Jose Sharks will be wearing new jerseys next year.

Fanatics confirmed the off-season rumors today: Every NHL team will be debuting Hometown Remix uniforms this season.

“The Hometown Remix collection will be anchored by special edition uniforms that uniquely and authentically celebrates the fans, city, and local culture of each team,” according to Fanatics.

Hometown Remix sounds like the NHL’s attempt to establish a jersey initiative similar to MLB’s City Connect and NBA’s City Edition alternate uniforms.
