San Francisco 49ers are dealing with several injury concerns as they prepare for the third week of the preseason, with a number of players dealing with issues picked up during their latest game.
Rookie wide receiver De’Zhaun Stribling and cornerback Deommodore Lenoir were both absent from practice on Saturday and are considered day-to-day with shoulder injuries, according to ESPN’s Nick Wagoner.

Green suffered a hamstring injury early in the contest and did not return, while Pleasants injured his knee late in the game. Martin also sustained a hamstring issue. The severity of the three injuries remains unclear.
There was some positive news for San Francisco, with wide receiver Mike Evans, right guard Dominick Puni, running back Jordan James and defensive tackle CJ West all returning to practice on Saturday, according to Wagoner.
Evans had previously left a joint practice with the Chargers after appearing to suffer an injury. He had ice on his foot and quad after leaving the session early, but head coach Kyle Shanahan was not overly concerned about the issue and the wide receiver returned soon after.
James had been sidelined since the opening week of training camp after suffering a rib fracture. His absence had allowed rookie Kaelon Black to make a strong impression in the battle for the backup running back role.
With James now back in the mix, the competition for the position could become an important storyline as the 49ers move closer to the regular season.
San Francisco will now monitor the players dealing with injuries while continuing preparations for the next stage of the preseason.
