Food and beverage jobs are available at Jackson Rancheria Casino Resort southeast of Sacramento.

The casino resort, about 45 miles southeast of Sacramento, “invests in the honing of culinary skills in a multi-restaurant environment, offering unique cuisines and concepts, within a mature operation that emphasizes quality and food safety.”
Managers review applications and conduct interviews. Applicants may be considered for positions beyond the ones for which they applied.
