BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — The Kern County Coroner’s Office identified a man who died after being struck by a vehicle on Highway 58 in Mojave as 20-year-old Juantay Jeffrey Ollie of California City.
The coroner’s report said on Saturday, August 22, 2026, at around 3:53 a.m., Ollie was struck by a vehicle on Highway 58, east of Highway 14 in Mojave.
The report said Ollie died at the scene.
