BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — The Kern County Library’s Book of the Week is “Happy Hippo, Angry Duck” by Sandra Boynton.
Kern County Library Marketing Associate Courtney Park joined ARC Bakersfield to share details about the book.
Park says “Happy Hippo, Angry Duck” helps introduce young readers to different emotions.
