A man was arrested Sunday evening after allegedly vandalizing his estranged father’s property three times, Fresno police say.
The incident unfolded at a home in the 100 block of West Hawes Avenue, a neighborhood southeast of Chandler Executive Airport, where the man reportedly vandalized his father’s car with a pipe before fleeing.
He returned to cause additional disturbances throughout the day, though he kept evading arrest. Police took him into custody after returning to the scene for a third time.
Fresno County Jail booking records show the suspect was arrested on suspicion of three counts of felony vandalism and was being held on $30,000 bail.
