Video from the scene showed crews scanning the water as the search continued
OAKLAND COUNTY, Mich. – Oakland County deputies were searching Oxbow Lake after someone was reported to have gone underwater.
The Oakland County Sheriff’s Office said its Special Response Team was called to the lake on Tuesday (Aug. 25) to assist with the search.
Video from the scene showed crews scanning the water as the search continued.
The sheriff’s office has not released additional information about the person who reportedly went underwater or what led to the search.
The investigation remains ongoing.
Authorities expect to learn more as the investigation continues.
